FOUNDER
Austin oversees strategy, systems, and execution across every project. With over a decade of experience in e-commerce, brand operations, and creative production, he bridges the gap between vision and delivery. His background includes scaling merchandise businesses, building Shopify storefronts, directing ad campaigns, and managing logistics for artists and startups. Austin ensures every creative idea has the infrastructure to go live and succeed.
Kley Karadak
VIDEO & MOTION DIRECTOR
Kley leads all video and motion work for the studio. With a strong foundation in cinematic storytelling and post-production, his work includes corporate campaigns, music videos, social content, training visuals, and branded promos. He blends aesthetic intuition with editing precision - delivering polished, story-driven content that’s built to connect.
Chase Grizzly
CREATIVE DIRECTOR/DESIGNER
Chase brings over a decade of experience in design, illustration, and brand development. Known for his work across album art, merch, logos, and packaging, he’s created visual identities for artists, fashion labels, and major brands alike. His style is bold, intentional, and rooted in culture - translating brand ideas into design systems that leave a lasting impression.
